  • How long does a photoshoot take?
    Photoshoots take approximately 1-2 hours depending on the package, props, and temperament of your pet(s).
  • How can I prepare my pet for a photoshoot?
    For dogs, we recommend play time to get some of that energy out and a bathroom break right before the shoot to ensure comfort. For cats, we recommend going about your normal routine. We don't want to scare your kitty or cause any worry or anxiety. We'll also coordinate with you to arrive as quietly as possible to maintain your cat's calm. For other types of pets, please contact us for more info.
  • What should I bring?
    Please bring your pet's favorite toys and treats. You're also welcome to bring bandanas, hats, or costumes if you'd like your pet to wear them in some or all of your photos. For any outdoor photoshoots, we require you to bring a leash. If there's anything else your pet loves or that you'd like to appear in the photos, please bring them!
  • What does your "wardrobe" include?
    We have clothes, costumes, and accessories in varying sizes that can suit different themes, color schemes, and vibes!
  • I have some photos I want to recreate. Can you do that?
    Absolutely! We love good inspiration photos! It helps us understand what style you like and what exactly you're looking for. Please share these prior to your photoshoot so we can ensure we have the correct equipment to make your dream photos happen!
  • How long will it take to receive my photos?
    Your photos will be delivered within 7 days.
  • How will I receive my photos?
    Your photos will be delivered via a Google Drive link. From there you can download your high resolution photos.
  • Can I purchase additional photos in addition to what my package comes with?
    Absolutely! Each additional edited photo is $25.
  • Do you offer photo prints?
    Yes. We offer high resolution art prints in a variety of sizes. We'll provide information on ordering prints following your session.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal.
  • What's your cancellation policy?
    In order to schedule a photoshoot, we take a non-refundable $100 deposit. We understand that things happen though, and we're happy to reschedule your photoshoot if something comes up. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
  • Are you available for commercial, product, or event photography?
    Absolutely! We have experience in all of the above. Please email hello@toebeansphoto.com with more info!
  • Do you do photoshoots outside the South Florida area?
    We are willing to travel for an additional fee. Please contact us with your location for a custom quote.
